要約:Since the 1990s, in our country, the improvement of higher education has been implemented as part of the response to the OECD's suggestions to include in public policies, the development of academic staff and the quality of national education, Giving rise to the Program for Improvement of Teachers (PROMEP), today PRODEP, which in turn creates and promotes the Academic Corps (CA) to promote research among teachers and as a substantive activity in Higher Education Institutions. In this work, the norms and activity of these academic bodies are studied, with a particular focus towards the University of Sonora, from the PRODEP guidelines and the internal regulation. It establishes as a general objective, to review the normative framework of the University of Sonora and its influence in the development of the formation and consolidation of its academic bodies. The work is a qualitative documentary study of the regulations and guidelines that directly affect the academic bodies at the University of Sonora, compared against the general situation of the simple analysis of the national CAs. Having as conclusions that although it is considered as a barrier of development of the academic bodies in the University of Sonora is the own academic normativity, that in addition to the lack of regulated conceptualization, inserts of forced way and little significant its institutional participation the analysis Shows an advance of the AC, in the decade of revised information.
