Crynodeb:The aim of this study was the design and validation of a scale to assess knowledge of Gifted high school students, which was called Knowledge Scale of Gifted students. It was grouped in three dimensions: myths related to social characteristics, myths related to the impossibility of failure and myths about to their high performance in everything. The scale was applied to a non-probabilistic sample, by quotas of 50 educational agents of four high schools. The process of validation consisted of an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory (CFA), as well as the internal consistency. The Cronbach's Alpha reliability was .68. and the EFA with the maximum likelihood method and with a varimax rotation obtained a KMO = .581. The AEF model was corroborated with a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) obtaining optimal fix indexes. It was concluded that it meets the minimum criteria to obtain valid and reliable scores.
